We’ve had thousands of years of pure, clean food and water. Changes were made in the last 100 years that are threatening to take that from us. We don’t evolve fast enough for how much our environment is changing. We weren’t designed to live in our current world of man-made chemicals, toxins and pollutants.
As our lifestyle is getting more and more comfortable (cars, tools, computers, pre-made supermarket foods), so we are getting less and less warning-signs from forced physical activities, in our daily life, that could alert us to developments of ill health.
Our forefathers were forced to use their muscles and natural ways of self-detoxification to rid the body of unwanted toxic waste, parasites and accumulated fat/fluid deposits, otherwise they wouldn’t be able to feed their families and live a productive life. Nowadays, most people could manage their daily living without doing any heavy exercise, even walking a mile. That comes with a huge cost!
