Dr. Thomas Bige

After the experience of spending over 3 years in wheelchair in his early childhood, he undertook formal studies in Naturopathy & Herb-Farming, also spent 7 years to become a Doctor of Emergency Medicine, Doctor of Medicine and

Doctor of Surgery. Dr.Thomas worked as an Air Rescue Officer & Surgeon in the Hungarian Army before joining The World Health Organization as a volunteer Medical Officer. By working in 11 countries over 10 years he had the opportunity to gain knowledge of many modalities of Natural Medicine to enhance his skills in Traditional & Modern Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine and Integrative Body-Mind Medicine. He is Australian Citizen since 1984, practicing on the Gold Coast since 1997 as a Naturopath specialize in Integrated Diagnostics, Natural Body-Detoxification, Digestive Dysfunctions, Pregnancy Preparation, Physical/Mental Performance Enhancement and Anti-Aging. Dr.Bige is a Senior Fellow member of   the Alumni Association QLD., and Full Member of the Australasian Integrative Medicine Association (AIMA).

Anita Flego

Anita gained a Diploma of Accountancy in 1982 and worked in budget supervision and as a Master Bookkeeper for Zurich Insurance, United Bank of Switzerland and the Swiss Ski Federation. After moving to Australia Anita became involved in managing Natural Health Clinics. Her interest in natural therapies encouraged her to study different modalities in the past and present to become a dedicated practitioner own her own right by utilizing her special talent to get in-tuned with her clients’ body & mind. Anita also holds important positions as a mother of three boys and being  Dr. Bige’s partner in business & life.

Irene Pronczak

Irene is our book keeping ‘angel’ with many years of experience in business administration. Being Anita’s right hand to keep the ‘paper-ducks in row’ , she is a highly appreciated member of our team.

Leanne Robertson

Leanne is our Colon Hydrotherapist and Detox Spa Practitioner and had her professional training from Dr.Thomas, in 2008. Even though past her training, she still corresponds very closely with Dr. Thomas to hone her skills and ultimately improve the experience for her clients. Her skill in Colon Hydrotherapy and knowledge of Natural Medicine make her a very valuable member of the team; and her friendly personality could put smile on anyone’s face, even in the colonic-room.

Sidney Flego

Sidney is the youngest member of the team. Having graduated from Griffith University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Biomedical Science , he is keen on pursuing  a future career in Medicine. Sidney’s life goal is to follow in Dr. Thomas’ footsteps and practice Medicine in an integrated manner; both overseas as an aid worker and in Australia. His main work is the organising and compiling of all products  in “Dr. Thomas’ Natural Remedies,” from the in-house Dispensary. In addition, Sidney is responsible for the upkeep of the Health Coach website, technical logistics and general assistance in Health Coach events.
