WHY DO WE NEED WATER?
Water is our body principal biochemical component and equals an average of 60 % of our body weight. It is approximately 75% at birth… then we slowly dry out (less then 40%) until we die! Going below 40% of total body water (TBW) for any length of time, makes an emergency situation for your body to cope with. This is one of the main reasons of headaches, intoxication, skin damage & premature aging.
The duties of water:
- Flush waste out of each working cell – (24/7 Domestic cleaner)
- Collect and eliminate toxins, parasites and surplus minerals via urine, stools, sweat, and other body-fluids – (24/7 Garbage collector)
- Provide the liquid base for your meals to make chime (mud like matter in the stomach) to support digestive processes. Yes you should SIP room-temperature water or warm tea or a glass of red or pink when you eat, if you not have soup as part of your meal!
- To carry nutrients to each cell, tissue and organ – (24/7 Courier)
- To provide lubrication to joints, tissues, organs, eyes and the brain (24/7 Caretaker)
- To reduce heat at sites of inflammation – (24/7 Fireman)
- To Control temperature in the whole body – (24/7 Air-conditioning)
- To protect the blood from getting too thick – (24/7 Lab-technician)
Do you have enough ‘Jack-of-all-trades’ in your body – to stay healthy? It is worth changing your mind!
HOW MUCH AND WHEN SHOULD WE DRINK?
Every day we lose water through our breath, perspiration, urine and bowel movements. For supporting healthy body function properly, we must refill its ‘water-tanks’ by consuming beverages and foods that contains water.
How much water to drink? – The answer is much more complex than the common belief of 2 L per day. It depends on many factors, such as:
- Personal factors: Age, agenda, weight, height, state of health, amount of sweating. Growing child, males, underweight, sick and extensively sweating people need more water.
- Level of exercise: sedentary life-style requires less; super active people need more.
- Type of work: office-worker needs less; bricklayers need more.
- Micro-environment: depends on if living in air-conditioned environment or exposed to heat;
- Personal diet and beverage intake: dry, man-made, commercial food, lack of vegetables and fruits, alcohol, soft drinks and caffeinated drinks dehydrate the body and increase toxic waste.
The rules of thumb are to drink (gulp down) 200 ml of water, every 2 hours, when we are awake. Starting at when we get up. That is the golden rule to maintain our body’s elimination processes, help proper kidney-functions and other self-detoxifying procedures.
One hour medium to high intensity physical exercise or work requires minimum 500 ml of extra water intake (that’s when you SIP), depends on the amount of sweat and how heavy the exercise.
To avoid the dehydrating effect of alcohol or caffeine containing beverages, drink min. 150 ml of water after each glass or cup of beverage. [In a traditional European coffee shop, when you order a coffee, they will serve you a glass of water with the coffee, free of charge!]
Eating a dry meal without soup will put a huge demand on your stomach. Without liquid in the food it is an impossible task for the stomach to make the ‘chime’ (the mud-like digestible matter for the small intestine). That’s way many people have food in their stomach for hours, which causes bloating and discomfort and results in digestive disorders. Best practice is starting the meal with a bowl of soup or ~100 ml of warm tea or water (not cold!) then SIP on same during your meal (alternatively – if you fancy, have a glass of red or pink (not cold!) as a cold drink will freeze the stomach and stop digestion! Giving cold drink to a child, at meals, could do damage for life!
To learn if you consuming adequate water for optimising your body-functions – check your urine, every day! The colour of urine should be light yellow and totally transparent. If you have kids, it is highly recommended to check their urine, every day! If the colour is darker – drink more. It is that simple!
To prevent the development of ill health it is a smart practice to check your urine pH (acid/alkaline level) by tipping a pH Tester-strip into it. If the test result is under 7 pH, you should start to alkalize your body. The simplest ways to do that is to SIP on veggie-juices, eat more vegetables plus drink high quality Alkaline Water. Drinking filtered water is one of the intelligent ways to protect yourself from toxic overload, but only a ‘half way solution’ even if the water is alkaline. [Read explanation below]
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ‘UGLY’, ‘EMPTY’ AND ‘ACTIVE’ WATER?
As you may guess, ‘ugly’ water is what you get out of the town-water’s tap, but poorly treated tank-water could be even worst. Our main water-supplies must be treated to avoid outbreaks of deceases. That comes with a cost of altering the mineral structure of natural water with chemicals that could turn the ones ‘solid crystal structure to a broken useless glass’. Furthermore, our polluted environment has no mercy for us anymore. We have to admit that slowly but surely, with our modern living and technology, we did outsmart ourselves from living healthy!
Most people think that making/buying filtered water will fix all problems, but this is far from the truth. Filtering water will take more or less all minerals out – not only the ‘nasties’!
Our level of current technology won’t allow us to have ‘intelligent’ filters, yet. That means when we filter our water (or buy it) we get, at the very best scenario, superbly filtered but ‘empty’ water that lacking nutritional values to activate the water molecules. [Jack-of-all-trades – without tools!]
Empty water is – inactive water and performs like a car without petrol. The car can be nice and shiny but could not take you from A to B. Filtered water that hasn’t been ‘refueled’ with essential minerals could cause nasty surprises too, such as:
- Not being able to get in our cells to flush waste, or if it does get in – can’t get out, or trapped in between cells that all causes fluid retention;
- Instead of collecting toxins by binding it’s minerals to ‘nasties’, such water leaches out essential minerals from our organs (calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, etc.);
- Before getting replenished, empty water cannot deliver minerals to organs and when it does become active could only create ‘Peter pays Paul and revers’ transfers.
Sorry if I disappointed you, but now you know that filtered water is not as good as you may think! However, there is a solution to this challenge. Get your water filtered then add at least some of essential minerals back in, even better, add all 92.
HOW CAN ONE OBTAIN HIGH QUALITY WATER?
To optimise our bodily functions we need to add all 92 essential minerals (the same as in pure deep-sea water, but without pollution). Unfortunately, we have very little chance of getting access to such water and even if we could, our system would refuse it because it would be too concentrated and bitter.
That leaves us to stick to the other pure natural water that is called ARTESIAN WATER. By living in the ‘lucky country’ we are fortunate to have the largest resource of this type of water on our planet, located in an area called the Great Artesian Basin. It’s a massive area that stretches from Cape York to Dubbo, and Coober Pedy to the southeast corner of the Northern Territory. That’s almost a quarter of Australia! When it rains on what we call the recharge bed areas of the Basin, the water seeps down and collects in the aquifers. Scientists estimate that there’s around 65,000 million megaliters of water in the Basin right now. A megaliter is 1 million liters. Sixty five thousand million of them would be enough to cover all the land on the planet in almost half a meter of water!
That means we have no excuses left, we have the best water on the world, right under our feet!
I have lots of respect for artesian water – I have grown up on it. As a doctor – in Hungary, we learned its benefits and ways to use it to help people with their health problems. I checked the Australian stock, and found it’s just as good or even better than most others. Only our ignorance stops us from serving the world with it or at least making it available for all households and workplaces in Australia. That is sad to see that our supermarkets are packed with bottled water from overseas!
That led me to find a reliable resource and make it available. I checked its quality against all natural water I could purchase and found no other that came out better. Its called ‘HYDRO-GUARD’, bottled at source (inland QLD) and available from our website or by calling our clinic.
Because government regulations prevent me from claiming any health benefits of drinking the water, I went one step further and designed a plant and earth mineral concentrate which synergistically enhances the mineral content of the artesian water (and any other filtered tap or bottled water) and turn it in to a nutritional power-pack.
Each ingredient shows long-term benefits to combat some of these listed deficiencies and dysfunctions:
- Lost or missing essential minerals in food and drinking water;
- Lost or missing minerals during/after exercise, prolonged mental activities and stress;
- Hypo/hyper glycaemia, craving for sweats, symptoms of diabetes;
- Yeast and non-beneficial bacterial overgrowth – the ‘mother of all diseases’, I believe;
- Accumulated heavy metals, free redicals and other toxic waste;
- Lack of energy, fatigue, inflammation, cancer – initiated by acidic body pH;
The concentrate is called ‘Dr.T’s ESSENCE OF NATURE’ and costs few cents per day to maximize the quality of your drinking water with it, and potentially prevent developments of health problems.
I highly recommend to take your time and look up the benefits of each ingredient on the internet and decide yourself if its worth it to spend that few cents per day on something that could assist you in protecting your health and the health of your loved ones!
We are very excited about our products, as I believe that ‘Selling Health’ is the most rewarding pastime anyone could have. That’s one of the reasons I wish to invite you to join me in this rewarding journey!
If you are willing to help us to prove public demand by consuming, promoting and supplying the water and mineral concentrates to your family, friends and local community, more and more people could benefit from drinking the best quality water money can buy!
My plan is to make these products available to health oriented individuals on wholesale price that allows them to supply their local community and enjoy the moral and financial rewards that comes with ‘Selling Health’ and helping others.
Please consider that 1-dollar from each bottle of concentrate sold, will be donated into the Dr. Bige Foundation’s Health Education Funds to cover the cost of our Public Health Education Program. The program has been designed for sharing the knowledge and skills I collected over 40 odd years about preventing ill health and coping with the negative effects of modern living. I strongly believe that if we could manage to ‘treat’ the two major ‘decease’ – ignorance and lack of knowledge about the needs of our own body. The rest is ease, we just need to respond on what we learned. Let me show you how!
