It is spring time!

Are you ready for summer?

Spring is the best time to clean your house from the dust and mould of winter! How good is it to feel fresh air coming trough your windows and have the house de-cluttered!

How about your inner-house – your body, it deserves a good clean up as well!

Do you have a plan for getting the best out of it? With so many different detoxification programs available in the market place, how can you decide which one is the right one for you? WHY we need regular cleansing?

Can you imagine what would happen if you would ‘ignore’ to clean your room, kitchen and toilet for weeks and months? The same is happening in your ‘inner-house’ – your Body!

Toxic waste from semi-digested food, stress, constipation and lack of exercise are building up in your body and blocking your own detoxifying system, making you feel sluggish, tired and uncomfortable. Old compacted waste in the colon can ferment and feed bacteria, yeast (Candida Albicans) and other creepy-crawly parasites.

Your body is very generous in cooping with such build up, however, over time it will have an impact on your health and illness will occur! Just like your car, if you don’t take your car for a service it will first come up with red lights as a warning sign, if you ignore it eventually the car will break down and you most probably have a very expensive repair, or I should say, if you are lucky, you can still repair it. Most of us would not ignore a warning sign in the car, however, if you never do regular detox for your body, sooner or later you will end up with a ‘expensive repair’ – if you are lucky. Don’t be ignorent! Look after yourself, at least as well as your car, – till you can.

Did you know?

  • That if you are not doing regular self-cleansing (called Detox) you carry around 4-5kg of compacted toxic waste in your body? Yuck!
  • That the natural state of non constipation is when a person visits the toilet for a #2, minimum 30 minutes or less after consuming more than 200 grams of food? Unfortunately, these days this is only seen when babies are fed with breast milk. You can bet on it, there will be a smell coming out of the nappy less than 30 minutes after they finished. Food goes in – waste goes out.
  • That you are supposed to eliminate your digestive waste not later than 24 hours after you have eaten a meal? Every time! Do YOU?

What went wrong that our bodies no longer can follow the natural elimination process:

  • Bad choice of Diet (excess intake of man made carbohydrates, lack of fibre, preserved, modified food, preservatives, additives, colours, modified milk)

  • Pharmaceutical medications (side-effects)

How to maintain regular detoxification

Look after your Liver, your Gallbladder and your Bowel

Maintain your body on a regular bases with a Liver – Gallbladder – Bowel Flush (every 3 months), have a Colonic after the Flush

and do the Castor oil pack for 3 nights, during the Flush. Have the Detox Tonic for minimum one week as well as the GI Detox to controll parasites.

Kidney and Bladder

The Kidney and Bladder collect a lot of toxins and need to be flushed every three months. Drink 1 liter of T2P Detox Tea per day, during the Flush.

Monitor your body’s performance

Have a check up every 3 months to monitor how your body is performing to see if you need any additional adjustments.

Exercise

Do regular exercise on a daily basis for minimum 30 minutes. The 5 Tibeten rites is an excellent sequence of exercise that support detoxification and general wellbeing and is well known as a secret to keep young.

It takes only 10 minutes to do, so no excuse. Swimming, Walking, Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Chi Gong are all great ways to exercise.
